We are enrolling men over the age of 20 years into an NIH-funded research study examining how daily step counts relate to body composition and important health markers such as cholesterol, glucose, and insulin. What Participants Receive
• Body composition assessment
• Blood markers (cholesterol, glucose, etc.)
• Personalized insight into how your daily activity relates to your health
• Compensation for your time
Who Can Participate
• Generally healthy men (no diagnosed chronic disease)
• Not currently engaged in regular structured exercise, like weight training, running/jogging, or group exercise classes
• Regular walking is fine
• Willing to carry a step counter and complete two study visits
